I have an integrated approach that is based strictly on your needs. I want to provide you with the best possible chance to succeed. I strive to offer you emotional satisfaction to help overcome issues related to relationships, depression, anxiety, body awareness, stress management, grief and loss, and emotional/physical trauma.

Through Achieving Inner Balance Counseling and Coaching, I also offer an array of groups, such as a couples group, a broken hearts group, and a psychology of friendships group to help enhance the social networks of women.
