Meet Suzette Jarding from Ristorante Machiavelli.
What is your favorite part of your business?
Seeing our amazing customers and cooking wonderful food. I also love to create new items for lunch. We have lots of new specials!
Why did you start your business?
I fell in love with Machiavelli as an employee and purchased the business in 2013. I moved Machiavelli to Edmonds in 2023.
Why did you choose Edmonds for your business?
I have lived in Edmonds since 2003 and have always loved Edmonds and the Edmonds community. It was a dream come true to open Ristorante Machiavelli here.
What is unique about your business?
Our food is made from scratch using the same recipes from when it opened in 1988. Our staff is very warm and welcoming. Our price point is also low.
Why should people do business with you?
We are committed to serving the freshest, most consistent Italian food with friendly and warm staff. Our environment is very cozy and approachable. We are conveniently located a few blocks from the ferry in the heart of downtown Edmonds.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I started at Machiavelli as a hostess in 1999 and purchased the business in 2013.
Is there anything else you’d like to tell us about your business?
We serve lunch and dinner Tues-Sun. Our lunch and dinner prices are extremely competitive. We also have a great Happy Hour and daily specials.
What are your hours of business?
Lunch Tuesday – Sunday, 11am to 2pm
Dinner Tuesday – Saturday, 4pm to 9pm
Dinner Sunday, 4pm to 8pm
