Girardi’s Osteria
Want to feel like you are visiting a secret grotto in Italy without leaving town? Visit Girardi’s garden patio for specially valued small plates all day (including some of their happy hour favorites) or join them during what they’ve dubbed Super Happy Hours for 15% off everything including cocktails.
Kelnero
Our friends at Kelnero never cease to amaze visitors with their creative craft cocktails. Their newest concoction called Citizen of the World looks to be another winner. They invite you to brighten up your summer with this elevated riff on a classic Cosmpolitan! Gin and a fresh lavender infusion lend delightful and complex botanical notes to everyone’s guilty pleasure. This drink features The Botanist Gin, Cointreau, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, unsweetened cranberry juice, lavender-infused simple syrup, and Amargo Chuncho bitters. Indulge yourself.
Calypso
Our own little getaway to the Caribbean right here in Edmonds, Calypso is known for their tropical cocktails paired with authentic island dishes. Plan your escape and enjoy their traditional Jamaican-style jerk chicken that is served with mixed vegetables along with rice and beans. Jerk seasoning is native to Jamaica and gets it sweet flavor from the allspice and its heat from scotch bonnet peppers.
Vinbero
The newest kid on the Edmonds dining block, Vinbero, has opened to rave reviews. Right now, you can enjoy the sparkling orange wine, Biokult Naken, that is a superb summer sipper. This wine perfectly captures the essence of a sunny day with bright notes of citrus and honey, with a dry palate. Organic and natural, enjoy a glass to enjoy there or take a bottle home to crush on your own patio.
Church Key Pub
Church Key has come up with a new summery cocktail they call the Breezy Fitzgerald, inspired while spending time with some great neighbors of theirs. The Breezy Fitzgerald is a fun twist on a lemon drop, created with Rainier Mountain Fresh Gin, lemon, and burnt honey hops bitters and is garnished with a dried hop. A great way to scratch that beer itch with a cocktail!
Fire & the Feast
Created by their Bar Manager AJ, Fire & the Feast introduces My Cousin Vinny. This cocktail features clarified milk punch, mint infused rum blanc, Nardini Aqua di Cerdo Grappa, and lemon. A perfect accompaniment to dinner or weekend brunch!
Walnut Street Coffee
Since real-life campfires are on hold in our area this summer, the baristas at Walnut have come up with a drink special that helps you enjoy the best part of one—a s’more in a cup! Named The Campfire, order up this cup of nostalgia to enjoy the flavors of toasted marshmallow and milk chocolate mocha, finished with whip cream and crushed graham crackers. It’s even gluten free!
Maize & Barley
Sangria is a mixed alcohol drink that originated in Spain and Portugal and is a popular summer staple for people all over the world. Maize & Barley has Sangria Sabrosito! for your enjoyment which is house-made and on draft for a refreshing summer sipper on its own or paired with their Caribbean-inspired food menu.
The Market
Nothing says summer like a delicious piña colada. The Market is now serving up their take on the classic tropical drink with their Frozen Piña Colada made with Moscato wine, sweet coconut cream, and, of course, pineapple. Cheers to beating the heat with this tribute to sunny weather!
Salt & Iron
The mint julep is a hallmark of the South meant to keep you cool when temperatures rise. It is especially popular at the annual Kentucky Derby. Salt & Iron has made a delicious version of the classic drink called the Just Peachy Julep. Sip and enjoy this genius combination of Four Roses bourbon, mint-infused simple syrup, and house-made fresh peach compote. Fancy hat optional.

Need a cool pick me up to spice things up? Starbucks has you covered with their popular Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. This iced coffee features a delicious blend of iced espresso, cinnamon, and brown sugar shaken with a generous pour of oat milk to top it off.
