Information
Since the early 1990’s, Wilcox has focused on developing private projects for some of the country’s leading companies and many of the top regional and local restaurants, retailers, and businesses. We have built flagship designs for spaces as diverse as industrial warehouses, health and wellness centers, and automotive showrooms.
Today, we employ eight project managers and thirty superintendents, handling more than 500 projects per year. Licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Hawaii, Alaska, Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, and Montana, our team brings vast experience throughout the Western US for all of our clients’ needs.
As Wilcox Construction looks to the next 50 years, Al’s initial vision remains unchanged. Our customer commitment and high-quality product are demonstrated by the fact that over 90% of our clientele come from past and present client referrals.
About the Owners
When Al Wilcox established the company in 1963, he articulated its guiding vision: build products that always exceed our clients’ expectations. Though a lot has changed over the years, this founding principle continues to be our motivating force. Al led the company until his retirement in 1984, when his son, Bob, and head superintendent, Jim Lessard, took ownership. Both Bob and Jim have recently retired themselves, turning over the reins to a new group of leaders: Matt Lessard, Paul Carter, and Trent Holobaugh. Together, they bring a shared passion for creating impressive spaces and over 50 years of construction experience.
