My practice specializes in the 0–18 month window, focusing on infant feeding and developmental milestones.
My clinical focus includes:
Infant Feeding Therapy: Oral motor skills, functional assessment of tongue ties impacting breast/chest/bottle feeding, starting solids
Developmental Milestones: Tummy time, torticollis, and plagiocephaly.
Group Classes: Starting Solids and Tummy Time classes resuming soon!
About the Owners
I’m a mom of two and a pediatric OT. I founded Tiny & Mighty Therapy in 2022 after years at Seattle Children’s Hospital, inspired by my own "tiny and mighty" daughter. Navigating feeding struggles as a first-time parent changed me—it made me want to be the exact clinician I needed during those delicate early days.
