Ristorante Machiavelli has been serving consistent, affordable, Italian comfort food for over 35 years (recently relocating to Edmonds from Seattle). Some of our dinner favorites are Chicken Milanese, Carbonara, Penne with Roasted Red Pepper Pesto and our famous Caesar salad.
We also offer lunch Tues-Sun with lots of salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas and several brunch items.
Waiting for the ferry? We offer take out as well!
We also feature a great dessert menu, gelato and espresso. We have a full bar and a great variety of wines.
We are able to accommodate parties of 8-10. We have lovely outdoor seating for beautiful Edmonds days and nights. Our cozy bar showcases a great cocktail menu, draft beers and a large selection of liquors.
About the Owners
Suzette Jarding has been an Edmonds local since 2003 and lives in the Meadowdale area with her husband and 3 young daughters. She started at Machiavelli in 1999 as a hostess while attending culinary school. In 2013 she purchased Machiavelli and is extremely passionate about all aspects of the business. Suzette is thrilled to be a part of the amazing Edmonds community. She is also very excited to be able to offer lunch in the beautiful building she now calls home.
