Get First Dibs on Holiday Shopping in Downtown Edmonds!

Circle Saturday, November 21 on your calendar, do some stretches, plan a warm-up happy hour, and sort out childcare if you’re in that specific life era, because you’re busy from 5-8pm. Downtown Edmonds is kicking off the holiday season with exclusive shopping specials, wine pours, one-bite snacks, and as much holly jolly as you can handle.

First Dibs, our annual holiday shopping kick-off, is here, and it’s all happening Downtown. Keep scrolling for all the merry details.

The Shopping

Get gifts for everyone on your list, especially yourself. Peruse the latest holiday collections and snag the must-haves before everyone else crawls out of their post-Thanksgiving turkey coma. Pick up something for the teacher, the neighbor, the in-laws, and that special person in your life who always says they don’t want anything (they do).

Most of the shops participating this year have something extra up their sleeves: a gift with purchase, a snack, live music, or a chance to win something pretty sweet. Here’s a taste of what to expect:

Anchor Chic Consignment: Snag a gift with purchase while enjoying a craft night. Come for the treasure hunt and stay for the creativity.

ARTspot: Score a gift with purchase while you nibble on snacks.

Beach House Greetings: Score 10% off all holiday items and a snack to go with your wine.

Common Formme: Check out Edmonds’ newest design shop and walk out with 20% off custom furniture, including rugs, sofas, chairs, pillows, and beds, plus select floor models and a gift with a purchase. If you forget your measuring tape, you can borrow theirs.

Crow: Add free earrings to your jewelry box with a $35 purchase, and make a set of custom wine charms at a special price. Your glass just got a personality.

East West Books & Gifts: Nab 50% off selected books, plus sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls. Shop, breathe, and come back to the holidays feeling a little calmer.

The Fox + Bottle: Kick up your feet while sipping on a curated holiday wine flight for $15 (usually $25), plus a chance to win a $100 gift card. Expect live music, featured artists, and wine games.

Hoadley Gallery West: Celebrate this gorgeous shop’s first anniversary during First Dibs! The first 20 guests to spend $120 or more receive a free commemorative item. Champagne and charcuterie are on the table, too.

Interiors of Edmonds: Peruse home furnishings at 15% off, plus a snack while you shop.

Little Bipsy: Stock up on items for the whole family! You’ll get 15% off the whole store and holiday snacks to keep you fueled.

MaJe Gallery: Take 10% off all purchases up to $500 (max $50 off), and enter to win a $200 jewelry set by Manya Vee.

Musicology Co: Add a gift with purchase to your bag while bopping to live music. Flip through the records, stay for the tunes.

The Paper Feather: Here’s where you’ll find holiday cards, gift tags, candles, and limited-edition trolley tote bags and ornaments. Spin the holiday prize wheel for a surprise gift!

Pear Tree Consignment: Stop in and get advice on the perfect holiday ‘fits while you snack and sip, and enjoy a gift bag with a purchase over $25.

Rebekah’s Boutique: Score a gift with a $50 purchase and an in-store modeling experience. So fun!

Sunlight Gallery + Studio: Do several contemplative laps around this beautiful space and head home with 15% off prints, along with first dibs on new calendars, puzzles, and other holiday releases. They’ll also have snacks and a holiday Polaroid opportunity.

The Wooden Spoon: Plan for 10% off select holiday merchandise and samples of one of their most popular food items. What do you think it’s going to be?

Treasures & Teas: If you’ve been eyeing one of their beautiful wood charts, this is the time to bring it home for 10% off. Plus, you’ll get 15% off everything else and a complimentary tea-infused cookie.

The Wine

Pinkies up, Edmonds! You can sip and shop at many of our participating boutiques and downtown destinations this year. Each Wine Stop will pour locally curated wines in a commemorative wine glass.

Edmonds is not exactly Las Vegas, so your wine stays at the stop where you pour it. Tickets must be purchased before the party, and you can grab yours here. Net proceeds go to the holiday needs of Washington Kids. Shops and sips feel even better when they’re helping a great cause.

You can purchase one, two, three or four wine tickets to go with your collectible glass. Here’s the ticket breakdown:

One 4oz pour at any Wine Stop and one festive collectible glass: $21

Two 4oz pours at any Wine Stop and one festive collectible glass (tickets can be split across shops): $30

Three 4oz pours at any Wine Stop and one festive collectible glass (tickets can be split across shops): $38

Four 4oz pours at any Wine Stop and one festive collectible glass (tickets can be split across shops): $46

Check in at Ombu Salon starting at 4:45pm to pick up your wine glass, tickets, wristband, and list of participating shops. Limited tickets will be sold onsite, first come, first served. And bring your ID! For what it’s worth, you don’t look a day over 29.
